These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions upon which Klue govern your use of the Klue Site and Services.

•All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality, if the same is unavailable after order confirmation notification.

•In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all)? we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 1 -2 business days after the intended delivery date or date of communication about the same? whichever is later.

•Prices listed within the Klue Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.

•Selected products may not be available for delivery to certain localities.

•Requests submitted after 12 a.m. Will be processed within the second day.

•The carrier will deliver your gifts to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient information is not corrector or not answering and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items.

•We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire? flood? earthquake? storm? hurricane or other natural disaster).

•The shipment date is due to the utmost item delivery date? we will not deliver your gift items that were placed in one request separately? if you wish to do so we suggest you place each order separately.

•We deliver flowers? chocolates? cake and some items only in Riyadh.

•Any request outside the city of Riyadh might take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered. 

•The refund process may take 5-7 working days

•Delivery date dose not obligate Klue in a specific delivery timing.

• Replacements, Returns and Refunds policy are compiled with our partner's policy.
